My Approach

As a holistic health professional, I assist clients in achieving whole-body wellness. My integrative approach creates a sense of renewal that is experienced physically, mentally and emotionally.  Through the holistic healing practices of Acupressure, Hatha Yoga and Guided Imagery, I guide my clients through sessions that are truly transformative in mind, body and spirit.

About Peaceful Journeys: Relaxation for Mind and Body

I created this collection of meditative journeys as an inspiration from my guided imagery classes where I used similar visualizations. The positive responses over the years prompted me to make these sessions available to a larger audience and in a format that can be practiced regularly to help reduce stress.

This series includes three luminous journeys -- Soothing Waterfall, Calming Lake and Rejuvenating Sunshine. Your experience will begin with a brief introduction of guided imagery, followed by an exercise in diaphragmatic breathing, a technique that will be used within each subsequent journey. Accessing the breath to gently release stress and tension, while imagining the sensations of the rich and beautiful imagery, encourages the mind and body to deeply relax, restore and renew.
