As a certified personal trainer, acu-yoga instructor and clinical hypnotherapist, I provide powerful stress reduction sessions that combine the practices of meditation, acupressure, yoga and exercise science. Meditation is a great way to give yourself a break during the day and allow your whole body to relax. Meditation can be challenging to practice on your own so I offer one-on-one sessions where you will receive guidance on breathing techniques to reduce stress and tension, then enjoy a guided imagery meditation to further relax you in both mind and body. Many feel more calm yet energized after a guided imagery session.
Guided imagery is a form of meditation that helps reduce physical tension and stress and may reduce feelings of worry and aid in more restful sleep.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful self-care tool which helps reduce the emotional intensity of stressful experiences.
