I'm here to help you and provide you with holistic ways to reduce stress, relieve tension, ease anxiety and reconnect with your authentic self again. Sound good? Here's how we'll do it together...

As a certified personal trainer, acu-yoga instructor and clinical hypnotherapist, I provide powerful stress reduction sessions that combine the practices of meditation, acupressure, yoga and exercise science. As my client, you'll learn specific yoga stretches, key acupressure points, visualization and breathing techniques to release physical tension, increase strength and flexibility, and encourage the body to deeply relax. Many of my clients find this combination extremely restorative for both mind and body. Benefits include:

  • Decrease in neck and shoulder stiffness;
  • Reduction in lower back and hip tension;
  • Increase in core strength, coordination and balance;
  • Greater sense of energy and vitality;

Semi-private Sessions: Stretch and Strengthen for Older, Active Adults (50+):

Enjoy a semi-private lesson in a small group setting (maximum six people) to work on increasing your flexibility, strength, balance and inner peace in a safe, supportive setting.

You’ll learn:

• Acupressure points to reduce common stress-related wellness concerns like neck and shoulder stiffness, insomnia, back tension, headaches

• Yoga stretches and body weight exercises to improve core strength, range of motion, balance, flexibility

• Meditation techniques for stress reduction

Your monthly training includes:

• 1 in-person lesson per week (1hr)

• 1 online coaching call per week (.5hr)*

*Choose a .5hr virtual coaching session from my weekly Coaching Gym hours (Mon/Wed PM; Fri AM). Coaching sessions available through Zoom come with a recording!

Didactic Wellness and Massage

Meditation


Meditation is a great way to give yourself a break during the day and allow your whole body to relax. Meditation can be challenging to practice on your own so I offer one-on-one sessions where you will receive guidance on breathing techniques to reduce stress and tension, then enjoy a guided imagery meditation to further relax you in both mind and body. Many feel more calm yet energized after a guided imagery session.

Guided imagery is a form of meditation that helps reduce physical tension and stress and may reduce feelings of worry and aid in more restful sleep.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and wellness goals. Clients have benefited from meditation in:

  • Reducing neck and shoulder tension;
  • Grounding and centering to calm a busy mind;
  • Decreasing negative thoughts and feelings;
  • Improving focus, emotional wellness and more!

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)


Stress and anxiety can often interfere with making big or even small changes in our lives. It may impact our ability to improve our health, start a new career, move deeper in our relationships or successfully achieve our dreams.

Do you ever wish you had a way to reduce your ongoing stress or anxiety so you can move forward in life? Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful self-care tool which helps reduce the emotional intensity of stressful experiences. The aim of EFT is to desensitize emotional issues through tapping a sequence of acupressure points on the body while thinking about a specific problem, or negative thought, worry, etc. EFT can have fast acting results for emotional improvement. The technique has been shown to improve issues such as grief, anger, pain, allergies, anxiety and much more.
